I. Acceptance and execution of orders.
First Shop sells goods and services through the Internet. Information about goods and services shall shop at www.store.firmamatt.pl
Second Store client can be an individual with full or limited legal capacity and legal persons.
3rd Orders from customers are accepted:
a) from a website www.store.firmamatt.pl-24 hours a day, 7 days a week
b) directly via e-mail biuro@firmamatt.pl - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
c) by telephone at 91 48 74-659 mobile: +48 662 469 765- only on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 16.00.
4th Every order is accepted will be confirmed by phone or email.
5th A prerequisite for the implementation of the contract is to register in the online store. II. Changes in procurement.

IV. Form of payment, start of the contract.

V. Providing contract.

VI. Complaints.

VII. Right of withdrawal.

6th The shop refund for returned goods (the price of the product and the cost of delivery in proportion to the value of returned goods) within 7 working days, according to the rules described in section VIII of the Rules of Procedure.

VIII. Refund, overpayment.
First In any event of circumstances requiring shop to reimbursement paid by the customer to your store, the return is later than within 7 working days.

c) less than 1.00 zł overpayment can be used for shopping in a store within 6 months of the creation of the overpayment.

IX. Personal Information.

9th Competent court for any disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court competent for the defendant.
10th In matters not covered in these rules shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Law on the specific conditions of consumer sale and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176, as amended. Amended.) And provisions of the Act on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000., item 271 as amended. amended).
11th These rules take effect on 12.04.2013, the

Orders placed prior to the date of entry into force of amendments to this Regulation are based on the provisions in force on the date of the order.
